Your contact information

This form collects the name, email address, organization, optional phone number, contact preference, availability, time zone, and message you provide. It also records when you submit and agree to follow-up.

Thomas uses this information to review your inquiry and contact you about the opportunity or challenge you describe. Your submission is stored in the site’s private database and may be included in a private daily email summary sent to Thomas.

Submissions are not published on the portfolio or used to enroll you in a mailing list. Site hosting, database, and email services process the information as needed to provide this service.

A one-way hash derived from the connection’s IP address is stored to limit repeated submissions. The contact database does not store the raw IP address.

Please do not include confidential business documents, financial details, health information, or other sensitive material. Submitting the form does not create a service agreement or guarantee a response.

To request a correction or removal of your inquiry, use the contact form and identify the original submission. Thomas can review the request using the contact details provided.
